scientists, and software engineers who have a minimal
background in machine learning and data science, but
have an interest in applying machine learning techniques
to scientific research. It will cover the basic
principles and guide the students through a series of
hands-on exercises, building, training, and testing
machine learning models on the Google Cloud Platform,
with a particular emphasis on scientific data
sets.
