Masato Naito received his M. Eng. from Kobe University, Graduate School of Science and Technology in 2002 and joined Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Kobe Japan in 2002. He has been engaged in tire simulation and rubber material simulation research and is currently working in Research Dept. I, as a manager of material simulation team. He currently holds responsibility for Material Simulation Research to create innovative rubber materials, by developing renewable polymers, new nano-fillers and new additives. He received a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Kobe University in 2008.
