Philip Murphy is an architect within the Intel DCG
Connectivity Group, focused on next generation fabric
technology called Intel Omni-Path Architecture, and is
responsible for platform architecture and planning.
Phil came to Intel as a result of the
company’s transaction with QLogic Corporation where he was
vice president of HPC technology, and responsible for
interfacing with major end-users and OEMs. He also served
as vice president of engineering within QLogic’s Network
Solutions Group, responsible for the design and
development of all high-performance computing products and
storage area network switching products.
