Biography
Dr. Michael O. Lam is an Assistant Professor in the
Computer Science Department at James Madison University in
Harrisonburg, Virginia. He received his Ph.D. and M.S.
degrees in Computer Science from the University of
Maryland, College Park, and has conducted research at
Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory as a visiting
faculty scholar. His research interests include program
analysis, high-performance computing, systems tools, and
software engineering. He is the author of the CRAFT
floating-point analysis framework and the SHVAL shadow
value instrumentation tool.
