
Biography
Aydin Buluc is a staff scientist at the Lawrence Berkeley
National Lab, working on high-performance graph analysis
and libraries, parallel sparse matrix computations,
communication-avoiding algorithms, with applications in
computational genomics and biology. Dr. Buluc is also an
adjunct assistant professor of EECS at UC Berkeley.
Previously, Dr. Buluc was an Alvarez Fellow. Dr. Buluc
obtained his Ph.D. from UC Santa Barbara in Computer
Science.
