Make Your SC17 Hotel Reservation Now
The SC17 reservation system is now open. If you are planning to attend, reserve your room now for the best choice of hotels and rates.
SC has only one authorized contractor for arranging hotel rooms: onPeak. The conference is not responsible for hotels or rates offered by travel agents or other organizations who say they are speaking on behalf of SC. To avoid potential problems with your reservation, please be sure to use our web-based system.

A range of prices is available, and free internet access is included with all rooms booked through our hotel reservation website. Check individual hotel sites for details about on-site restaurants, fitness centers, and other amenities.
Making Your Hotel Reservation
Use the online reservation system to reserve one or more hotel rooms. Reservations will not be accepted without a credit card to guarantee one night’s room rental plus tax for each room reserved. The card will not be charged at this time, but it must be valid through November 2015.
For more information, see the Frequently Asked Questions page.
A limited number of government rate rooms are available at each hotel, but they are reserved for U.S. federal government employees (not government-contracted vendors). If you qualify, send a note to housing@info.supercomputing.org from your government email address for details.
Watch for Your Confirmation
Rooms will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. A confirmation message from onPeak – not the hotel – will be sent for each reservation, modification or cancellation. Email confirmations will have the return address of “SC17”, so you may need to watch your spam file.
Please review your confirmation carefully for accuracy. If, after 2 days, you have not received a confirmation, please notify us at housing@info.supercomputing.org.
What are my options when my hotel choice is unavailable?
Hotels rooms offered through onPeak at discounted event rates are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. While conducting your search, the online system reflects up-to-the-minute availability and booking options. It’s also possible to waitlist a different hotel, or additional nights at the hotel you chose, but you must first make a valid reservation. Then follow the instructions in your confirmation note to sign up for the waitlist.
If You Need to Make a Change or Cancel Your Room
Although your reservation will be confirmed by onPeak, your hotel will not receive information about your reservation until November 3. Before that date, any changes must be made through onPeak’s system – not the hotel’s.
- Use the online system to modify or cancel your room without penalty at any time through October 13. Login details will be provided in the confirmation email.
- To modify or cancel a reservation between October 14 and November 3, you must contact onPeak, following the instructions in your confirmation.
- Beginning November 4, you must go through the hotel to make any changes to your reservation.
Reservations can be modified or canceled without penalty no later than October 13. After this date and up to 72 hours prior to arrival, cancellations will be subject to a $125 penalty. Any cancellations within 72 hours of arrival are subject to one night’s room and tax penalty at your confirmed hotel.
Be sure to go through onPeak – not the hotel – up to and including November 3.
