Exhibitor Description
Today, the complexity of the earth system is one of the great scientific challenges. The earth cannot be experimented with. Therefore, the computer systems at the German Climate Computing Centre (DKRZ) are the laboratory for climate research. As a national HPC center, DKRZ provides high performance computers, high capacity data storage and management for German climate research. In Addition DKRZ’s specialists offer a range of services covering modeling and programming, from support in carrying out climate simulations, through parallelization and optimization of the simulation programs, to analysis and visualization of the simulation results.
