David Wong is a senior at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he is majoring in Engineering Physics with a concentration in Computer Science. The topic of reproducibility and replicability was first introduced to him at an open house hosted by NCSA. He learned of the issues involving code availability and reproducibility, and he wanted to learn more and get involved. In the future, he hopes to pursue a career in data science and database management. Currently, he is working in the University's Residential Technology Services as a Network Technician, where he enjoys to assist other students with their technical issues. In his free time he likes to re-watch episodes of Parks and Recreation and go on short scenic runs.
