Harshitha Menon
Biography
Harshitha Menon is a postdoctoral research staff at the Center for Applied Scientific Computing (CASC) at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Her current research involves studying silent data corruptions and their impact on applications. Harshitha earned her PhD in Computer Science from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2016. Her dissertation focused on developing scalable load balancing algorithms and adaptive run time techniques to improve the performance of large scale dynamic applications. Harshitha also conducted scaling studies and performance optimizations for a cosmology simulation application called ChaNGa during her time as a PhD student.
