Biography
Anantha Kinnal is a co-founder of Posit Research and a co-founder, Director of Calligo Technologies Pvt Ltd, India. Before this, he was the Director of Engineering at AMD-India and CPU Design Centre Head at AMD-Singapore. He worked at Intel-India as a Senior Design Engineering manager on Xeon Processor Programs.
In his career of over 30+ years, Anantha has worked on several CPU projects - Reverse Engineering of DEC-PDP11, NexGen Nx586/Nx587, AMD-K6 and AMD-K8, Intel 6-core Xeon (Dunnington) and 10-core Xeon (Westmere-EX). Earlier, he was the Chief Architect and Project Manager for Bull's mainframe CPU sub-system connectivity to Multibus-II based I/O sub-system.
