Stephen Herbein

Biography
Stephen Herbein is a PhD student in the Global Computing Laboratory
led by Michela Taufer at the University of Delaware. He received his
Bachelors and Masters degree in Computer Science at the University of
Delaware. His current research focuses on next-generation batch job
scheduling of HPC clusters. In collaboration with the Flux team at
Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, he has researched and
developed both IO-aware and hierarchical next-generation schedulers.
