Tamara Dahlgren
Biography
Dr. Tamara Dahlgren is a Senior Member of the Technical Staff at
Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory who is working to advance the
development of high quality software through internal consulting and
research (e.g., COMPOSE-HPC: Software Composition for Extreme Scale
Computational Science and Engineering).
Tamara has worked in the field of Computer Science for more than 20
years in a variety of areas, including education and business,
conflict simulation, environmental databases, mass hierarchical
storage systems (e.g., High Performance Storage System (HPSS)), laser
control systems (i.e., National Ignition Facility), foreign animal
disease modeling, space situational awareness, and uncertainty
quantification/scientific workflow.
