Biography
I have recently finished a Master program in Simulation Sciences at RWTH Aachen. Before that, I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. I have experience of working on parallel programming problems as a student assistant at RWTH Aachen, Jülich Supercomputing Centre and as a research intern at the Louisiana State University.
My interest in HPC began with the Bachelor thesis, when I have developed a GPU-accelerated simulator for a model checker PRISM. I became more interested in GPU computing, which brought me to the STE||AR group, where I have been working on integrating single-source GPU programming with a parallel C++ runtime.
I am highly interested in using HPC to enable new ways of solving scientific problems. During my education, I acquired an interest in shaping and promoting modern standards for parallel programming.
